Years ago, a few American acquaintances of mine have threatened to move to Canada if George W. Bush were to be re-elected for a second term. Surely such an idiot of a president will not be chosen to lead again. But that was exactly what happened and I remember the looks of disbelief and disappointment on some people. But you know what? A few non-threatening outbursts of frustration later, life moved on again. Experience taught me that most people do not usually act on their threats.

It was a different story on my part though. I actually started to plot my path to Europe, determined to not endure the likes of an idiotic American president.

Well as it turns out, a clown in the White House will have an affect on your life, unless you are a hermit living in a cave.

Now we all wait and start biting our nails! Or as a friend said to me, she is going to hibernate for a few days. Maybe she found a cave where she can do so…
