Armistice Day

Today marks the end of World War I, 102 years ago. Today, we remember the fallen, the sacrifices, and the devastation of wars.

While the Great War officially ended on 11th of November 1918, the world then was facing a deadly second wave of the Spanish Flu.

On this Armistice, Remembrance or Veterans Day, I shall think of the fallen – in wars and in this health crisis we are currently facing. And be reminded that a little bit of consideration and kindness to others will go a long way in these dark days.
