This afternoon, I had the winter comforter changed out with its lighter summer counterpart. Having skipped the annual laundromat visit last year, I put extra effort in trying to get the bulky comforter into the laundry machine this time. What do you know?! The door closed and the machine is turning. Fingers crossed that it will launder properly.

I think I shall launder it twice to make up for last year. That is two times nine euro saved. The best part is that we are using rain water and sun energy which we have in abundance at the moment.
