Fruit Galette

I made my first fruit galette, using the frozen raspberries from last year and plums from 2017 (Yikes?! Maybe I wrote 7 instead of 9).

It looks good. And despite being a tad too sweet to my liking, it was delicious.

I am glad to have gotten rid of all the frozen fruits. Do not underestimate the importance of freezer space.
