Chinese Chive & Pork Gyozas

In the morning, I harvested some lush green Chinese chives. By afternoon, these were cleaned, cut up, mixed with minced pork, and wrapped into dumplings. The gyozas are now in the freezer getting individually frozen before I packed them up nicely for storage and future consumption.

I read somewhere that chive gyozas are best eaten with a black vinegar dip. I have black vinegar. 🙂
