It is raining cats and dogs today. Since gardening is out of the question, I decided to spend my time in the kitchen, making Asian appetizers. Now, I have a freezer packed with little spring rolls, shrimp toasts, and lotus sandwiches. Thank goodness for having more than one hobby… and a sizeable freezer. 😛
