The pot containing the eggplants are getting too small. So, even though the conditions are not ideal, the eggplants were transplanted out into the vegetable patch this afternoon. Hopefully, they will survive and grow.

The rounded courgette plants which I planted out a couple of weeks ago are not doing that well. Come to think of it, the pea plants have not been as productive this year. Maybe not enough sun? Or not enough water? Not enough nutrients? The crazy weather? Can be any of these factors…

Ah well, the vegetable garden is more of a play and experimental ground for me. I am not planting to feed D and I. If it is any consolation, the strawberries, radishes, red beets, dill, rosemary, and the herbs in general are flourishing.
