Yesterday, I made plum jam to use up the rest of the frozen plum pulps I stored away last summer. This freed up two ice cream container worth of space. Having done this, I was able to freeze four loaves of bread in one freezer shelf today. I was even left with a bit of wiggle room to store most of the smaller spring-rolls.
Now, I just have to find a gazillion ways to use up my two dozen jars of plum jam!
